General Freddy Bersatti was born in Puerto Cavinas in the department of Beni on May 17, 1951. Took courses in military parachuting. Made basic and advanced courses at Weapons Enforcement School. He has a diploma in Command and Staff and a Masters in Security and Defence.
He was a guest instructor at the School of the Americas, Commander of the Training Center and Jungle Operations of the National Military and Army College . He served as Consul General in Chile as well as Senator of Plurinational State of Bolivia. |
